How to order?

1. Add this listing to your shopping cart, purchase and make payment
2. Include personalized information under NOTES TO SELLER at checkout:

• Child’s FIRST NAME
• Child’s TURNING AGE

*Please email ONE (1) high resolution child’s photo to me at suitheng@hotmail.com if you wish to customize his/her photo into the backdrop. 

3. Upon receiving payment and all complete information from you, I will send ready-to-print, personalized and high resolution JPEG file to your email address within 2-3 business days. PLEASE TAKE NOTE that no physical items will be shipped to you. You will only receive digital files for DIY printing.
4. Kindly check all the details upon receiving and proofread before printing. I do not hold responsible for any loss occur due to error in printing. Meanwhile, please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any assistance. I’m ready to help.
5. You can print the backdrop at online vendor such as Walgreens or any local printing office which provide banner printing services.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. All files are in English only. Please contact me if you wish the files are in different language and subject to my availability and capability to edit them. Mandarin language is possible. Additional fees may apply.
2. The design is editable to a certain extent and editing fees may incur. 
3. Due to different computer, monitor, printer and even paper used for printing, the colors may slightly vary from what you view from screen and on printed material. It is the buyer’s responsibilities to test print the files before printing in bulk.
4. Due to the personalized nature of digital files, I do not receive refunds or exchanges. Please contact me if you have any issues of the product. I will be happy to assist you to reach a satisfactory resolution. My aim is to provide 100% satisfaction.
